Once we receive the hiring requisitions from the client, we analyze the requirement and categorize it in 5 different dimensions with the help of AI enabled NLP engine, so that these can be mapped to the eligible profiles.
Based on the 5 dimensional parameters, the automated search takes place on the internal talent pool with help of the defined algorithm. The shortlisted and the screened profiles are then scored on individual parameters of the 5 dimensional matrix.
The top scoring profiles are forwarded to our internal assessment pool which comprises of Technical Interviews conducted by our experts and Hands-on evaluation conducted on the respective area(s) of technical skills. The shortlisting happens based on the outcome of both the assessments.
